We understand that this is a difficult time to travel and that many of our customers will be unsure about making a booking.
Therefore, we have implemented the following into our Terms and Conditions:
1. Standard terms and conditions apply unless:a) You cannot travel due to Government advice in your home country. In this situation, the resorts and/or accommodation remain open and our services are available but the outbound country’s governing authorities specifically advise against all but essential travel to the destination due to Covid-19.b) You are not allowed to travel into the country or resort. In this situation, we are able to provide our services, but you are denied access to the destination due to national, regional or local government-imposed restrictions, including the closure of borders, or tourist activities being prohibited due to Covid-19, including the mandatory closure of all tourist accommodation in the booked destination locality or the closure of the ski lifts or activities in the resort.c) Non-availability of our services. In this situation, we are not allowed to provide our services due to local or national government decree.In these situations and where you inform us of your cancellation less than 28 days before travel, we will offer a voucher to the value of your booking valid for 24 months from the time of travel.In all other situations, including you or one of your party contracting Covid-19 and being unable to travel or having to self isolate, our standard Terms and Conditions apply and you will need to have insurance in place to cover this eventuality.Current Regulations
To allow airport transfers to continue, the EU and France have issued new rules that will affect our service during the winter.
We are obliged to follow these rules to ensure the safety of clients and staff and ask that passengers travelling abide them to
ensure a comfortable and seamless transfer to resort:
1. All transfers are currently limited to a maximum of seven passengers per vehicle. To make this financially viable, we (and all other transfer companies) are extending maximum waiting times on arrival and you may be collected earlier than usual on your return. Maximum waiting time will be 120 minutes between arriving flights, which is shorter than most other companies - this will be reviewed as the situation evolves. Shared transfers are availble from 06.00 (earliest departure from resort) until 21.00 (latest arrival) - any other times will require a private transfer.Shared transfers may go via Samoens and Morillon villages en route to Morzine and Les Gets.Until the situation is clearer, we are not accepting shared bookings for winter 20/21, as we wouldn’t want to then cancel bookings or ask for additional payments.2. The maximum number of passengers in a private transfer is 7 from the same family or group - no-one may sit in the front next to the driver.3. Masks or face coverings MUST be worn by all passengers - any passenger refusing to do so will be refused travel. The driver will also be wearing a mask unless a perspex screen has been fitted - even in this case, passengers must continue to wear masks. We ask you to bring your own face mask or covering.4. Passengers must open and close doors themselves, load their own luggage and remove their own rubbish - the driver may not assist. Eating or drinking is not allowed for the duration of the transfer.5. Hand gel will be provided and must be used before entering the vehicle.6. The driver will disinfect all touch services and air the vehicle between every transfer.7. You must not travel if you or someone you know has contracted Coronavirus - taking our transfer implies that you agree that you do not have Coronavirus or are in a situation where you should be self-isolating.Thank you for your co-operation.
