Arriving into GVA On your arrival into GVA, please follow the map below. You should exit into the SWISS side of the airport and turn left as you leave baggage reclaim. After around 50m walk is the UBS cash point area on the left - your driver or airport rep will meet you here. Shared transfers may have a small wait until a driver arrives. TERMINAL 2 / CHARTER Shared transfers - if you arrive at Geneva Terminal 2 (also called the Charter Terminal), you will need to walk to Terminal 1 to meet your transfer. A further map is provided below for this. Private transfers - will be met at Terminal 2 after baggage reclaim. Transfers from Geneva City Your driver will meet you at the specified address. Please make sure this has vehicle access. Departure from your resort You will receive an SMS message the day before travel. The vehicle will arrive within a 15 minute window, at the address specified on the booking. If you need to change the pick up address, or have a question about the collection time please call 0033970468877 (08:00 – 20:00) or 0033611356777 if an emergency. Delayed/Missed flights To minimise the effect on other passengers, please inform us if the flight is delayed by more than 15 minutes. If a flight is cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible, and we may be able to make further travel arrangements for you. If you miss a flight and subsequent transfer, a new booking will have to be made.
